The brilliant EastEnders and Coronation Street crossover episode that you completely forgot
When it comes to our favorite soap, it’s no secret MyLondon loves EastEnders.
The rest of the nation will undoubtedly have their own preference as well, be it Corrie, Emmerdale or even Hollyoaks as their most beloved soap opera.
The rivalry between popular shows has been around for decades, so it was a momentous moment when the stars of Walford and Weatherfield came together for a special episode.

The special saw the soaps merging into one for a BBC Children In Need special on BBC One.
Airing on November 19, 2010, the episode sparked a frenzy among soap fans as characters from EastEnders and Coronation Street appeared in the same location.
And the episode titled East Street saw some epic moments.
Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) stood behind the Queen Vic bar with Corrie’s Liz McDonald (Beverley Callard) as Jason Grimshaw (Ryan Thomas) walked into the East London boozer for a drink.
And at Kathy’s Cafe, Denise Fox (Diane Parish) and Arthur “Fatboy” Chubb (Ricky Norwood) chatted with Gail Platt (Helen Worth).
Elsewhere, street trader Dev Alahan (Jimmi Harkishin) clashed with Enders Postman Masood (Nitin Ganatra) in The Minute Mart.
Diane Parish, who plays Denise in EastEnders, said at the time: “It was an honor and a pleasure. I think they should be doing more actually.

“It was a lot of fun and I was a little nervous but very honored to work with Helen Worth. I think she is adorable and I have always loved her character, Gail.”
Actor Shane Richie, who brought Walford’s Alfie Moon to life, said: “It was surreal. I loved watching their reactions when I showed them around the square. And seeing Bev and Jessie behind the bar was strange.”
Now, almost 11 years after ‘East Street’, is it time for a second episode where Mick Carter (Danny Dyer) pulls a pint at The Rovers Return or for Ben Mitchell (Max Bowden) to fix a car at Webster’s Autocentre?
We would love to see a rival soap reunion!
