Operation Mincemeat Returns

We are in 1943 and we are losing the war. Luckily, we’re about to stake our whole future on a stolen corpse.
After sold-out performances at the New Diorama Theater in 2019 and Southwark Playhouse in 2020 and September 2021, Operation Mincemeat is back. After spending lockdown rewriting the series, crying, and eating cookies, SpitLip extended the airing of this newer, bigger, and (sort of) even better version from January 14 to February 19, 2022.
Singin ‘in the Rain Meets Strangers on a Train, Noel Coward Meets Noel Fielding, Operation Mincemeat is the true, fast, hilarious and unbelievable story of the twisted secret mission that brought us WWII. The question is, how did a well-dressed corpse take Hitler badly?
Operation Mincemeat won The Stage Debut Award for Best Songwriter / Lyricist, the Off-West End Award for Best Company Ensemble and was among the Observer’s Top 10 Shows of the Year.
