Over a year ago, the last episode of Outlander Season 5 has aired – and now we’re still waiting for new episodes of the period drama. The sixth season of the hit Starz has yet to announce its next release date, but rest assured, there is will be a season 6. Better yet: Starz also renewed the series for a season 7. There’s a lot more to come! But while you wait for those sweet Scottish episodes to hit the channel, you might be looking for some new frenzy shows. You’re in luck, because we’re here to bring you the best shows like Outlander run off.

Outlander follows Claire Randall, a British nurse on duty during World War II. Suddenly Claire is transported out of the 1900s and 1743 to Scotland, where her freedom and life are under siege. She marries a young Jamie Fraser to survive, struggling to understand her new life amidst passionate feelings and two entirely different contexts. The series has been running on Starz for seven years, with no end in sight as of yet.

When Arthur dies suddenly, she is forced to bridge the gap between England and Spain alone.

The Tudors is a historical drama series set in 16th-century England, focusing on the early years of the English reign of King Henry VIII. The Showtime series follows Henry’s relationships with powerful women like Catherine of Aragon and Anne Boleyn, capturing his marriages and powerful political movements over the years. The Tudors stars actors like Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Henry Cavill, Anthony Brophy and Natalie Dormer.

‘Catherine the Great’

Catherine the Great is an HBO series that follows the life of the Empress in the middle of her reign in Russia in 1764. The miniseries examines the end of Catherine’s life, including her affair with Grigory Potemkin. They develop a strange and passionate relationship, which provokes controversy under his leadership. Helen Mirren stars as Catherine the Great in this short series, which debuted just a few years ago. “Poldark”

The French court is also not a major aid to her cause, threatening her engagement until she seeks help in a masked figure. Still, Mary persists, ready to take over power.
